How do I book a grooming appointment?

Visit our Locations page to find the Bella & Bow’s salon you’d like to visit. Each location has its own booking and contact information.

Can I request a specific groomer?

Yes! Let us know who you’d like to book with when you schedule. Availability depends on that groomer’s schedule, so booking ahead is the best way to get a time that works for you.

Can I set up recurring appointments?

Absolutely. If your pup does best on a regular grooming schedule, ask our team about recurring appointments. We’ll help you find a schedule that fits your dog’s needs and our availability.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed so we can offer the opening to another client. Cancellation and no-show charges may apply under our appointment policies. Our team can explain the policy that applies to your appointment when you book.

How often should my dog be groomed?

It depends on your dog’s coat, haircut, and how much brushing you do at home. Our team can suggest a schedule after getting to know your pup and the look you’d like to maintain.

What if my dog is matted?

Please let us know when booking if your dog has tangles or matting. We’ll assess their coat at the appointment and talk with you about the safest, most comfortable grooming options. A shorter haircut or additional charges may be necessary depending on the condition of the coat.

Can you groom puppies or senior dogs?

We welcome dogs at different stages of life, but every pet’s needs are different. Tell us your dog’s age and any health, mobility, or behavior concerns when booking so we can discuss the best option for them. We do have a puppy package program!

What areas do your travel vans serve?

Do I need to be home for a travel van appointment?

Not always! We offer a latch key option for clients who have made arrangements with our team in advance. Ask us how it works when you book.

Will you follow a photo of the haircut I want?

Photos are welcome! They help us understand the look you like. We’ll talk with you about what’s possible for your dog’s coat type, coat condition, and comfort.
